Need Help with FO3

Need help getting this torrent to work in conjuction with F03. I'm at finished download torrent. So yeah. If anyone feels like holding my hands through this I'd apreciate it a lot.

See, I really wouldn't mind buying it except for the fact that I hate the hypocrisy of the windows live gamer account (ie replacing the middle man downloader with another middle man downloader) and due to that hypocrisy I didn't bother with an account when I started the game. This means I have to restart the entire game in order to get Steel breaker, Pitt and of course Operation Anchorage content. I was sure I'd just torrent anything that was released but now I appear to be stuck up the river without a paddle in sight.

Try patching the game, like every person comments underneath the downloads. "Will this fix the Anchorage Texture Load Glitches?" As they download it, because they can never wait. They never ask again. Ver. 1.1.0.32 or whatever.
